The Founding Fathers Position On How To Vote For The United States Presidency

The Founder Fathers had it right that the President should and rightly so, is elected by a small group of people appointed by the general mass of people to elect the President.

“A small number of persons, selected by their fellow-citizens from the general mass, will be most likely to possess the information and discernment requisite to such complicated investigations.”

Alexander Hamilton
FEDERALIST No. 68

It is these that Hamilton stated that “will most likely to possess the information and discernment requisite to such complicated investigations.” The Electors were to do the legwork for the general population of the United States. Hamilton also stated that,

“The process of election affords a moral certainty, that the office of President will never fall to the lot of any man who is not in an eminent degree endowed with the requisite qualifications. Talents for low intrigue, and the little arts of popularity, may alone suffice to elevate a man to the first honors in a single State; but it will require other talents, and a different kind of merit, to establish him in the esteem and confidence of the whole Union, or of so considerable a portion of it as would be necessary to make him a successful candidate for the distinguished office of President of the United States. It will not be too strong to say, that there will be a constant probability of seeing the station filled by characters pre-eminent for ability and virtue. And this will be thought no inconsiderable recommendation of the Constitution, by those who are able to estimate the share, which the executive in every government must necessarily have in its good or ill administration. Though we cannot acquiesce in the political heresy of the poet who says: "For forms of government let fools contest That which is best administered is best," yet we may safely pronounce, that the true test of a good government is its aptitude and tendency to produce a good administration.”

That these Electors will look at the talents of those individuals to see if it would establish him for the office of President. Hamilton did not what the Electors to be a “corrupt” body of people and to be free of any bias.

“No senator, representative, or other person holding a place of trust or profit under the United States, can be of the numbers of the electors. Thus without corrupting the body of the people, the immediate agents in the election will at least enter upon the task free from any sinister bias. Their transient existence, and their detached situation, already taken notice of, afford a satisfactory prospect of their continuing so, to the conclusion of it. The business of corruption, when it is to embrace so considerable a number of men, requires time as well as means. Nor would it be found easy suddenly to embark them, dispersed as they would be over thirteen States, in any combinations founded upon motives, which though they could not properly be denominated corrupt, might yet be of a nature to mislead them from their duty.”

Thus from the foundation of the election of the President, it was never intended for the general people to directly elected the President and the general people were never in a position to tell these electors how or who to vote for.

Voting today for the President is an act of deception and is unconstitutional. The way the elections are held today is that the general population votes for “electors” in November, of each state and those electors are to be loyal to the general population vote and then vote for the president in December. This is nothing more than a deception to by pass the US Constitution and making the general population believe that they are doing the right thing. And it’s noting more than voting twice for the same person for no reason at all. Is that what the Founding Fathers had in mind? Or was it as Hamilton put it,

“A small number of persons, selected by their fellow-citizens from the general mass, will be most likely to possess the information and discernment requisite to such complicated investigations; will require other talents, and a different kind of merit, to establish him in the esteem and confidence; Thus without corrupting the body of the people, the immediate agents in the election will at least enter upon the task free from any sinister bias; filled by characters pre-eminent for ability and virtue; And this will be thought no inconsiderable recommendation of the Constitution, by those who are able to estimate the share.”

What is the purpose of voting twice? That amounts to a “direct” vote for the Presidency and does away with the Constitutional mandate.

Today with bias media and organizations telling you a little bit of the truth that sways the American public to vote one way or another. Thus, Americans vote blindly believing what others have said about a candidate as the truth. However, with the “Electors” they are to “investigate” the individual to see if he is a fit person to hold the office.

In today’s elections, there is voter fraud with dead people voting but with the Electors there is no fraud of “running up the vote.” Which is easier, checking ever precinct in the United States or checking only the Electors of your state? The answer is obvious, the Electors will be easier, with 538 compare to millions.

So the question is, “Do we want to keep having the general population vote for the President in all of our bias knowledge and bias influence or should we go back to the Founding Fathers position of only having a small number pick the President with no fraud?

What Did Jesus Mean When He Said, “I Have Lost One?”

Calvinist and Armenians both agree that Judas was lost and when to hell. In fact, it is a well-understood doctrine within the church that Judas went to hell because he was never a true believer. This view is an assumption with no hard scripture evidence. The only close evidence could be Jesus’ own statement, “I have lost one.” Or some may say, “See, if Jesus said he had lost one then one was lost and went to hell.” The word “lost” never means hell. In fact that Greek word means, to destroy.

“But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.” Matt 10:6

“For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost.” Matt 18:11

“What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it?” Lk 15:4

But somehow we make the words of Jesus in John 17:12 to say that lost means hell and spiritually lost.

In the words of Jesus:

“While I was with them, I protected them in your name that you have given me. I guarded them, and not one of them was lost except the one destined to be lost, so that the scripture might be fulfilled.” Jn 17:12

How was it that the Father gave Jesus 12 disciples and one of them became lost? The Calvinist would say, “Because Judas was never a true believe so he was lost and went to hell.” Well that can be easily be disproved by the scriptures. The Armenians would say, “Judas sinned and killed himself without repentance and thus, was lost spiritually and went to hell.” The Calvinist and Armenians would both say that Judas was lost and went to Hell. However, the Word of God does not agree with either Calvinist or Armenians!

To understand John 17:12 completely and not to “sensationalize” it, we need to read the interrelated verse quoted by Jesus as Judas handed him over to the Scribes and Pharisees:

“Jesus answered, I have told you that I am he: if therefore ye seek me, let these go their way: That the saying might be fulfilled, which he spake, Of them which thou gavest me have I lost none.” Jn 18:8,9 KJV

“Jesus answered, 'I told you that I am he. So if you are looking for me, let these men go.' This was to fulfil the word that he had spoken, 'I did not lose a single one of those whom you gave me.'” NRSV

If this statement is true and we can be assure that it is, then the “lost” in John 17:12 and John 18:9, does not pertain to any “salvation message,” or being “Never Saved” or “going to Hell.” On the contrary, it has to do directly with “physical death.” Moreover, Jesus was not referring to, physical taken from him, for after Jesus finished talking to the group, they took him away and the disciples fled:

“But all this was done, that the scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled. Then all the disciples forsook him, and fled”. Matt 26:56

Jesus did not want to have a physical conflict with a “cohort” (about 600 soldiers)of men, thus losing all the disciples to a slaughter. Do you think that Jesus was afraid that the eleven would “go to hell” over him being captured?

To show the Jesus did not want any of his disciples “lost” (destroyed, killed) we only have to go back and see the actions of Peter when he tries to get them all killed:

“When they which were about him saw what would follow, they said unto him, Lord, shall we smite with the sword?” Lk 22:49

“Then Simon Peter having a sword drew it, and smote the high priest's servant, and cut off his right ear. The servant's name was Malchus. Then said Jesus unto Peter, Put up thy sword into the sheath: the cup which my Father hath given me, shall I not drink it?” Jn 18:10,11

“For all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword. Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels?” Matt 26:52,53

Jesus was not referring that in Matt 26:52 meant anyone who kills with the sword will also be killed with the sword. (See Romans 13:4 below) However, he was referring to the twelve disciples, (Judas included) that if they would fight anyone there with the sword, they would ALL PERISH or be lost because it would be a slaughter—600 to 12. Jesus did not want any of them to be lost (destroyed).

So the conclusion to, What Did Jesus Mean When He Said, “I Have Lost One?” Has nothing to do with one being spiritually lost because he did not believe in the Son of God, but because of physical death that Jesus lost one.

HOW LONG WILL THE PUBLIC CONTINUE TO BELIEVE IN CONGRESS?

The heading seems to be quite negative but as we consider the facts of what Congress is telling the American citizens about the new proposed immigration bill you may doubt Congress.

Back in WWII, and towards the end of it, Congress needed more money to support the ongoing war in Europe. So then went to the American public and asked if they would support a bill that would tax the paychecks to support the War. Congress assured the public that when the war was over, they would repeal that bill. The bill was voted into law and became know as the Victory War Tax.

The War ended and Congress was present with repealing the Victory War Tax. But Congress likes that money that the American public agreed upon. So Congress did not repeal that bill and converted into what we know today as the “Employment Tax.” That the tax Congress takes out of your paycheck as Federal taxes.

The American public fooled.

When Reagan signed the amnesty bill in the 1980's, the congress promised that this would never happen again. Now we have Kennedy who was part of that congress coming up with another bill to accomplish the same if not worse at a time when our borders need to be closed. Part of the 1980 bill was the secure the borders. It never happens.

The American public fooled again.

If this bill is passed, America will enter into the realm of “lawlessness.” We honor those who break the law.

The laws are there but Congress does not want to enforce them. It’s sad when you can’t trust your leaders and it’s appalling when we re-elect these same individuals. History repeats itself but we have short memories.

No Right To Vote For The US President

The highest Federal position that American citizens can vote for is the House of Representatives. Voting for the President is unconstitutional. Nowhere in the US Constitution does it allow or give any rights for citizens to vote for the President. According to the Constitution, the President is elected by the Electoral College, which the States appoints.

Article 2 Section 1
[1] The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows:

[2] Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress; but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.

The Constitution never instructs citizen to vote for a President or Vice-President. And just because we want to make it important for people to vote for these two positions, makes it unconstitutional to do so! We don’t vote and then the Electoral College votes as we voted. That’s double voting! That makes no sense! Why do people vote and then the Electoral College votes the same way? Go back to the original way, the legal way to vote for the President and Vice-President and you will automatically stop “voter FRAUD!”

And while we are at it, repeal the 17th Amendment that change the way Senators were appointed to the senate:

[1] The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each State, elected by the people thereof, for six years; and each Senator shall have one vote. The electors in each State shall have the qualifications requisite for electors of the most numerous branch of the State legislatures.

And let the Senator be appointed by Article 1 Section 3[1] The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each State, chosen by the Legislature thereof,2 for six Years; and each Senator shall have one Vote.

Thus, this would do away with the “Career Senator” and make it a civic duty.

Now again, the greatest power is in the House of Representatives where the people vote for those who will represent them as stated in:

Article 1 Section 2.
[1] The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, and the Electors in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature.

The power lies with the House of Representative on all Revenue bills:

Article 1 Section 7.
[1] All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.

And if the people do not like the way their money is being spent or taxed, then the representatives will be remove within two years. Their office will be in the area of the voters and not far away. And the list goes on.

So let’s stop voter fraud, presidential campaigns, and senatorial campaigns and do what is Constitutionally right, vote for the highest and most important position in the United States—vote for your Representatives, then your vote will really count!

Deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed

"Who will govern the governors? There is only one force in the nation that can be depended upon to keep the government pure and the governors honest, and that is the people themselves. They alone, if well informed, are capable of preventing the corruption of power, and of restoring the nation to its rightful course if it should go astray. They alone are the safest depository of the ultimate powers of government"

NATIONAL DEBT CLOCK

"With two-thirds of everyone's personal income taxes wasted or not collected, 100 percent of what is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the Federal debt and by Federal Government contributions to transfer payments. In other words, all individual income tax revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services which taxpayers expect from their Government."
